A family takes the Smart Match Quiz (a few minutes) and every community near them is scored on care needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget against their answers. Each match comes with an AI-written Match Report explaining the fit. Our team then follows up with the family personally, so by the time they request a tour they have already been matched to you and briefed on your community. Tour requests land in your dashboard with the family's situation and timeline attached.
Is my community already listed?
Probably. Senior Places lists licensed communities from state records, so search for yours on the claim page. If it is there, submit a claim request and we email a claim code to a verified community address after a quick review. If it is not, you can register it in a few minutes.
What does it cost?
Nothing to list and nothing per lead. We charge a referral fee when a family we introduced moves in, structured the way the industry already works, with terms agreed with each community. Communities that keep their profile current pay 50% of the first month's rent on every referral. There is no subscription and no charge for families who tour and do not move in.
Can I pay for a better position in the results?
No. A family sees communities ordered by how well each fits what they told us. Placement is never for sale. A complete profile matters because every detail you confirm is something we can match on and the Match Report can quote; what you leave blank prints as "not yet confirmed" in the family's report.
