What reviewers praise
  • Cleanliness & maintenance — Multiple reviewers describe the grounds and pool as well-kept, with maintenance requests handled quickly by staff like Elio.

Worth asking about
  • Communication — Several reviewers report the office being unreachable, with unanswered calls, missed pickup appointments, and difficulty getting a manager on the phone.
  • Financial transparency — One reviewer describes a disqualified move-in despite prior assurances and ongoing difficulty retrieving personal tax documents from the office.
  • Staff & care — Accounts of staff responsiveness vary widely by manager, so families should ask who currently runs the office and how issues are escalated.
  • Daily life & dignity — Complaints about aggressive third-party towing and unresolved neighbor disputes suggest families should ask how the community handles tenant conflicts and vendor oversight.
